How many photos can they submit, is it just one per entry per child? What a great idea! |

Ok well that seems to be received well.....the rules :1 entry per child per age group per section, so anyone in the appriate age group and submit an entry for all three categories. BTW I have'nt even asked Paula and Sheila and Vicki if they will judge the entries yet, but I am sure they will I have already spoken to a couple of local newspapers, and they are happy to publish the winning entries along with abit of a write up on Birdline, but thats for later. The prizes will be announced in the next few days, 1st will get a Trophy and 2nd a plaque and 3rd a medal in each age group. If any adult member would like to sponsor one of the categories and donate a small prize to go with the awards pls let me know. At the end of the day its up to the younger members to enter, and if it is sucessful I will look to do a monthly competition just for the younger members (not you LesleyG or Shell!!!!) lol |

OH just so you know all will be fair in the judging, when the entry date has been completed, all the entries will be passed without identification on them to the judges. Then it can never be said their was any favouratism, I will be the only person who actually knows who sent in what until the entrants are put on the forum and the winners announced.!! |

How about Lesley? Her Grandson's only 1, so unlikely to enter and I'm sure she'll be more than willing - or Rick? (He's not likely to become a daddy anytime soon - as I'm sure he'll agree ) |
