Hi Willie Once you are a member you can apply for a bird. Some come with cages but each write up will tell you if they have a cage or not. Normally the fosterer collects the parrot if they are sucessful, although sometimes help can be arranged. If you can not collect the parrot you must specify that on your application so that the rehoming team know that help will be needed should you be successful. A homecheck will only be done if it is decided that you are the best fosterer for the bird you apply for. A homecheck costs £20 so we wouldn't do it unless we were happy you suited the parrot and the parrot suited you. Do you have birds already? Or have you had them in the past? There is a great variety up on the rehoming list at the moment. |
