Hello ,i am Marion, although i have been a member, for a few months,i have not visited this page before.I am really pleased with the african grey that i have ,his name is Oliver(ollie].

He has settled in very well, although he does not like to be handled very much ,but hopefully that will change. He has started to copy what i am saying ,and the dogs do not know whether they are coming or going.

He is also un sure about flying, seems to head for anything ,even if he cannot land there.

Looking forward to having many happy years with him, also to fostering others.

Hi Marion,

I had a short experience of a Grey with a dog. It's funny to watch two such intelligent creatures trying to work each other out!

hello IAN,

olllie is just trying to work out the differant barks at the moment,as i have 4 yorkshire terriers. my last parrot knew the barks, and who ever was barking ,he would shout them by name ,to get in.

Ollie ,at the moment shouts, stop it ,get in ,get in ,now.!!!!.It is so funny,he is so please with himself.
