Hi all, looking forward to chatting to everyone, my name is Emma, i am from Lancashire, i own Allpetz Bird Supplies if anyone is familiar with us.

I have sent a couple of emals to birdline without reply  as i would like to help in any way i can, whether it is becoming a safe house or simply collecting birds.

Does anyone know if i need to become a member to be able to contact birdline and recieve emails ?

Hi Emma, you ought to be able to contact Birdline without being a member. You do, however, need to be a member if you want to Safe House birds. What email address where you sending to? On the top of the paperwork, the address is: enquiry@birdline.org.uk. Please remember that we're all volunteers, and lots of us work for a living, so our time is allocated elsewhere part of the day. Perhaps a phone call? We are always looking for Safe Houses, all over the country, so please don't give up!

Hi all and thank you for your replies, i am in Bolton. Really keen to help out in anyway i can and i am looking forward to reading all the stories on here.
I will await reply from the emails, i think i tried two different addresses earlier in the week, i undertand everyone is a very busy and i help out a few charity's and know how time consuming it can be around every day commitments x
I am heading off for a quick read on here now
