I thought a little bowl of pebbles (natural ones for a fish tank) might be fun, it started with some turning little ones over and over in the beak which was soothing

until they were flicked repeatedly at the patio door for that pleasurable bash noise (whilst the bird said meeeow meeow repeatedly for some unknown reason)

I ordered £130 quids worth of grub for my little monsters yesterday, not to mention this weeks fruit bill if £40+ and today have just ordered £500 quids worth of assorted other bits and pieces. See the dangers of having time off work when you can't go on holiday as you can't find a housesitter. Too much time on my hands and internet shopping!! A holiday would have been so much cheaper!!

When I eventually finish off the down stairs bird room and relocate the small birds from the bird room upstairs, I have to replaster the room, new door and new architrave (sp) and do something to repair the seals around the double glazing. Will also need to see what the wooden floor is like when I can inspect is more closely!

The big boys on the ground floor are much better behaved, Fido the ammie will have an occasional half hearted nibble on the stairs but other than that they only chew things I give them, now if only I could get that to rub off on the crew upstairs before I bring them down, life would be sweet!!

But I think I would have to draw the line with the throwing of rocks at the windows!!!!!

I got charged double the rate for my car to be valetted after I looked after my Mum's little jack russell, how can one tiny dog shed sooooooo much hair?
