I've fostered a yellow crowned ammie who is currently living in a montana adeleide cage whcih I want to replace.  He can be a pest to get down from the top of the cage when he runs to the back and we've been wokring on the stepping up etc etc to make it easier but I think I would still prefer for him to be in something shorter but wider if that makes sense.

Anyone have any recommendations?  I really want a montana but which one?

I have a montana aviary fro smaller birds and it is a pain to clean, but another couple of montanas with sennies and tiels which are fine.  They all look good in the pics but from a practical point of view I'm not sure!

Try Rosemead Aviaries, they will make you a cage to your own design and they are not expensive.
