I keep reading about the toys supplied by "Scarlett". I have looked through past threads and looked on Google but can't find a website address. Can anyone post it please? It sounds like a good place to buy stuff. Thanks Laura

Hello, if you can`t find me ring me 01472 239149.
Thanks for sending my link guys!
I have created Google links but they are slow working and to be honest they cost a fortune so i rely on word of mouth a lot. Otherwise I can`t keep my prices as low if I have to account for more outgoings.
I have adverts planned for next year though.
Laura, if there is anything you want or are not sure about, I`m only an e.mail, phone call, text or contact form away, always happy to help.

I find it really cheeky when the big corporations make stores like d**bies and P*ts ** **me and then for some reason, despite having the logistical backing of t35co (D**bies) to get the stuff on the shelf, plus huge buying power..................they still manage to charge a fortune for stuff.

I won't bore you with why they do it this way but it's all based around American models of business that are ruining our British way of life. We have always had an underlying, slightly illogical "fairness" thing in the way we do things in the UK. To the Amercian model, this fairness is a margin that can be squeezed for a bit more profit. (Its nothing to do with Americans themselves, it's just the way their economy works)

Anyway the only way to beat the system is to buy from a seller who will honour the 'fairness' thing and sell things at a fair price, rather than the price that the economist tells them will maximise profit.

From first hand experience I can vouch for Scarlett going the extra mile to be helpful. I wanted a "birdbath" for a Sennie I am SH's who keeps bathing in the water bowl. As he has no wing feathers, tail feathers, or any other feathers really, I was concerned that the bowl was deep and if he toppled in would he struggle to get out (with no feathers, just a bit of fluff his balance can be iffy!) I contacted Scarletts after searching the web, as it appears you can only get birdbaths for budgies. She couldn't source a birdbath but came up with an alternative- A small plastic dish that attaches to the bars of cages to feed things like rabbits. We got it today and it is in his cage. Scarlett,I will let you know if it is successful and send a photo. Thanks alot for your help.

No problem at all Laura, I really hope it works and he likes it. It`s quite big isn`t it? But not deep.
Really appreciate the kind words from customers, it means so much. Businesses are hard to keep going in times like these, so I appreciate all my customers and it is so nice to hear feedback about how the birds het on with our products, for future customers too.

I am really pleased with my toys that i ordered- they arrived super super quick and were really enjoyed by my birds! The coconut perch is ace and has been admired by quite a few of my friends with parrots, so hoping they will log on and order some! I am going back now to look for more bargains! Thanks again!

Fantastic, love to hear from happy customers. Well, even if someone is unhappy for some reason still like to hear so we can put things right.
Those perches are really nice aren`t tehy? The supplier is stopping doing them, so i bought a load to sell them off for our customers to get the benefit.
Thank you for recommending us to friends, as always, you know where are should you need us.
