To whom it may concern,

The staff at Carrow Hill Care Home would like to say how committed M. Laws and her colleague were when they arrived yesterday to take our finches and quails.  They endlessly worked to collected all the birds and we felt they were very professional and approachable.  We are all happy the birds are going to a good home.

If our many thanks could be passed on again, as we are very grateful.

I Really cant Thank you and Birdline enough for what you do. If it wasn’t for Birdline I would never have been able to re-home my Charlie.

It took me well over a year to think about and finally go through with re-homing Charlie.
Knowing she is now guaranteed a safe and happy home for the rest of her life is far more important than anything. The advice and support that Birdline gave me was priceless, and being able to keep in touch to see how she is doing is making it all much easier. I was over the moon to get the call from Marc on the night she left to say how happy she was and not at all stressed, In fact was quite happy and enjoying herself. I knew she was a strong and happy little character but never expected to hear that so soon. Music to my ears. The next day I called to check and was even more delighted to hear her new found love for crumpets and honey !!! BRILLIANT!

Charlie was such a big part of my life for so long, Without Birdline I just don’t know what I would have done. If you are thinking of having to re-home your bird you can be totally assured that Birdline will do everything they can for them, and give the best advice there is. Birdline take time to asses the birds that come in and make sure they are compatible with the new home for life we want them to get. I hope my Charlie lives a very happy, fun and well loved life with all the attention, time and freedom she deserves. I am sure she will get that in the care of people like Marc and Birdline.

Our birds will live a long time its the least we can do to make sure that life is as happy and safe and not most of all as much fun as possible fun for them as possible !!!
If your thinking of adopting one of Birdlines flock... you can be sure you will be getting the best advice and guidance available from a bunch of brilliant people. If you love your new bird properly you can be sure you will get that back ten times over, they are fantastic animals.

Thank you Marc and Birdline for helping me give my Charlie the best possible chance of everything she deserves.

Dear Birdline,

Thank you very much for putting me in touch with Jennine and Dave who took in my two young Cockatiels when I became allergic to them. I hated to part with them, but when I saw the wonderful new home they were going to, I was much relieved. Jennine and Dave are really wonderful - they care so much for their many Cockatiels - creating a fantastic and loving home. I even get updates, so it seems like hearing from a child at boarding school. Birdline helped me survive as well as helping my birds.

 Good work. You deserve support!

Just a quick line or two in order to thank you for your prompt attention regards our African grey, Max. Doddie got in touch with us straight away, and further to our telephone conversation, we took Max to her place last week. Doddie and Dave are perfect people for the job. We are now 100% happy with the decision to use your org. to rehome Max. I am sure she will make a wonderful pet for the right people. She has provided us with many hours of pleasure over the four years in our care, and we are very sorry to have to let her go.<br />  <br />  We would not hesitate to put your name forward to anyone we know who finds themselves in the same position.

What can we say about OZ she has won our hearts and George our African Grey’s,she has become very vocal when we return home as if to say come and see me and talk to me. When this has been done she starts to display and loves everyone especially our daughter.
