Hello my name is Millie....I am a beautiful blue Rosella... I am aged between 10-15yrs.... I am also a Special Needs Bird. I need a home where there are no dogs (or dogs that come to visit) as I am very, very scared of them. I don't mind other birds. I do not like being handled due to my special needs so my new forever mommy/daddy can stand at my cage and talk to me all day if you want. I make lovely sounds and will wolf whistle you! I love my apple in the mornings but I dont like other fruit...... I am on Harrisons, which I love. I also like to be sprayed with warm water with aloe vera. All I want is a lovely forever home where I can be loved and spoilt. Please be my forever mummy or daddy. I currently reside in Canterbury Kent. PS.... My cage has been specially adapted for me by my safehouse daddy which will come with me.
Hello my name is Roly and I am a BIG personality in a small package. My safehouse family say that I am a very sweet little person. I think I got my name because I roll from side to side to try to get your attention. I was born with a problem with my hips you see, so I stand with my legs splayed out. This doesn't affect me at all though, and looks quite sweet and funny. I love tickles, and cuddles, and if I am not getting your attention I will nip you and say "Owww." I am a Quaker parakeet and like most of my kind, I can shout, and I have a big voice for a little bird. However, I am not noisy very often, or for very long. If you tell me off I run and hide in my snuggle hut. That is my favourite thing in the world. I stand on top of it and rock from side to side to get my mum's attention. I love my food, and my mum says that she has yet to find anything that I won't eat. My favourite trick is to get onto the side of a mug or glass and steal all the drink. Because of my hips, I can stand with one leg on each side, which always makes my mum laugh so that I get lots of her drink. I hate the hoover though, and I run away to hide from it, it'll never get me if I hide in my snuggle hut. I also like my bell, apart from that I am not very interested in toys, although I do like to shred paper. I love my family, whoever I am with, but I don't go to other people. I like to stay with the ones I know, and I am very loving. I need to find a family that I can stay with forever now, my safehouse has big birds and I can't have as many cuddles as I would like because of them, and because I fly onto their cages. Could you be my forever mum? I will be a delightful pet for someone and give them back as much affection as they give me, as long as they buy me a nice new cage, as the one I am living in at the moment is borrowed. I am currently living in Brixham.
